Led by our Executive Management team, Great Lakes E&I’s safety mission is to maintain a safe, healthy and compliant workplace for all of its employees regardless of their work location, and deliver successfully completed projects safely for our clients. We are committed to ensuring secure environments with goals to minimize damage to both individual health and property under all circumstances, and providing superior service in environmental remediation and infrastructure solutions.

At Great Lakes E&I, productivity does not take priority over safety. Our STOP-TALK-ACCEPT culture allows all employees, regardless of trade or rank, to feel responsible and empowers them to take action for their own safety as well as those around them. Additionally, our IIF System (Injury & Incident Free) keeps us focused on injury prevention, which reduces administrative efforts and provides safety with a more hands-on approach.
